    RE: James Quintana, Quintana Investigations

    To whom it may concern:

I would like to highly recommend James Quintana and his firm. I know Mr. Quintana from our work together in the 112th District Attorney 's Office, which prosecuted felony cases in five counties in southwest Texas. Since 1997, Mr. Quintana, as the Chief District Attorney 's Investigator, was responsible for the investigation on all felony cases that were referred to the DA's Office, performed criminal history and background checks on

Employees, defendants, witnesses, and conducted investigations initiated by the district attorney .

As the first assistant district attorney in that office, I was very dependent on the Mr. Quintana and his skill for the large number of cases we prosecuted and investigated together. For those six years that we worked together, I found Mr. Quintana to be diligent and dependable in all areas of his work and character. If you are considering Mr. Quintana and his firm for your investigative purposes, you would not regret utilizing his services.

I just started a private practice after working for a prosecutor since 1997. I currently use Quintana Investigations for my investigative needs and he is very efficient.

Please contact me if you have any questions,

    Sincerely,

    Shannon Flannigan, Attorney at Law
