Dentist needed help find Patient's with Alzheimer's relative

I'm a dentist in Fort Worth, TX. Several years ago, I had an unfortunate misunderstanding with a patient of mine who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. As much as we tried, neither I nor my staff could reason with the poor woman when in her suffering, she became fixated on an imagined dental problem. It became an obsession with her and she started to harass me and my family at home, calling repeatedly at all hours. It was well within my right to file a complaint with the police and even have her arrested. But that would have been cruel.

Richard, a private investigator with Investigation Resource Service is a caring person. I hired him to resolve this terrible problem rather than call the police. From his sources, he was able to quickly locate the widow's relative and the problem was resolved in a quiet, dignified and humanitarian way. Everyone involved is grateful for Richard and his skill.
