We employ investigative consultants from varied backgrounds including business, law enforcement, and the arts community to mention only a few. In addition, investigative consultants are chosen to reflect culturally, the community at large, with both male and female professionals. Doing so allows us to deal effectively with any surveillance circumstance.

The Investigators Group consults with specialists in many areas to advise our training staff on issues specific to surveillance.. For example, all of our investigative consultants are trained in techniques necessary to conduct effective surveillance of those persons with psychological disabilities.

Our procedures for surveillance are designed to suit the needs of our clients. We conduct our surveillance investigations at times when the subject of the surveillance is expected to be most active in the normal course of the specific subject's daily life. This is not necessarily between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, at time when many companies traditionally conduct their investigations. Whatever the appropriate time, night or day, weekday or weekend, we choose our times to the best advantage of our clients.

We believe that proper communication between our clients and ourselves is an essential part of a successful investigation. We truly wish to include our clients as partners in the analysis and assessment of investigative outcomes. To do so, we commit to keeping our client's informed of the progress of each assignment, particularly when problems or difficulties arise that may threaten the assignment's objectives.

Our goal simply stated is to meet a standard of excellence for surveillance that will compel our clients to call upon The Investigators Group when they have a surveillance or investigative need.
